S 2020 consumption and production of substances will significantly decrease in Russia, depleting ozone layer, reports «Russian newspaper».

Every year the Government of the Russian Federation establishes the characteristics of the use of such substances.
In the next ten years, the volume of consumption of ozone-depleting substances in the Russian Federation should not exceed 19,98 t once a year instead 399,69 t per year currently.
